If you select the ship option (instead of email or give a printed gift) as your gift delivery method then you will also be asked when you want the first coffee to shipped. This is the day the freshly roasted coffee will be scheduled to leave the roaster. Coffee will arrive 3 to 5 business days after the date you select.
The date you choose is when the roaster will ship the coffee. To guarantee shipment by a specific date, allow 6 shipping days from the date you order (for example, to have a coffee arrive by Thursday, November 22nd (Thanksgiving 2018), order your gift by November 14th. That will give you 6 business days, or Thursday - Wednesday, for coffee to roast, ship and arrive.
If you already purchased a gift and want to find out the ship date, login, and head to your Gift Management. Need to change the ship date? Click the 'need to make changes' link under the gift you purchased. Note: if the gift has already been shipped or the coffee is roasting we can't make any changes.
*USPS Postal Holidays are days in which they don't ship. Keep in mind, coffee shipments won't be processed or shipped on these dates.
