First of all - welcome to MistoBox! Your gift can be claimed a few different ways, depending on how you received your gift (Email, Mail, or Print).
Email: Click the link in that email and it will take you directly through the necessary steps to claim your gift.
Mail: In your first shipment there is a label applied in the inside lid of the box. This label has the note from your gifter and your 6 digit gift code.
Print: Your 6 digit claim code can be found near the bottom of the printed gift.
Not sure where your gift information is? The Gifter can find this code in their Gift Management tab or you can send us a quick note and we will track down your claim code for you.
Once you have your claim code, head to our gift claim page. Enter your claim code in the box and click 'Lookup'. This will take you to your gift claim page. If you click the link through your email, you will bypass step the lookup and head straight to claiming your gift.
Once your subscription is claimed your first coffee will roast and ship in just a few days. You can view or edit your coffee profile at any time under your MistoBox Settings. You can see when your next coffee is roasting and shipping, pause your coffee, change how often it ships and even request exactly what coffee you'd like to receive next in your Brew Queue.
