We’ve made some new changes behind the logic of determining order and shipping dates for all coffees!
Previously, we placed an order 5 days before your scheduled ship date and the ship date always fell on your exact frequency. This caused delivery dates to be anywhere from 1-6 days off from your set frequency, or even worse, no coffee at all.
We decided to make some changes with the goal in mind of having your subscription frequency match the delivery dates of your coffee shipments rather than the ship dates.
Heres how it works:
Every time we go in to pick your next coffee, we take a look at when your previous coffee was delivered. Based on that, we take a look at your subscription frequency and can determine what date this coffee should be delivered. We then estimate how many business days it will take for the coffee we picked to go from the roaster’s zip code to your zip code. We set the ship date based off of this so that you receive your coffee on your scheduled frequency.
