Why can't I order 1 gift shipment?

Previously, we offered 1 shipment gift subscriptions however, over the years we've noticed negative feedback from gift recipients who were only gifted 1 bag of coffee. As a team, we decided to change the minimum gift options to 2 shipments because this allows your lucky gift recipients to dial in their preferences in order to receive coffees they will actually enjoy!
