What are coffee tasting notes?

Coffee tasting notes are super helpful for determining which coffees you enjoy most.

It's important to know that the coffees have subtle hints like citrus or caramel that can, over time, really help you discover which coffee you tend to like or may not like as much. 

Where do these flavors come from? The way each coffee tastes is largely determined by where the coffee is grown and how the roaster decides to coerce the optimal flavor from that unique coffee or blend.  

None of the coffee we carry is flavored in any way and the foods you see listed have not been added to the coffee.
