We truly stand behind the roasters we work with and the coffee they deliver! There are plenty of variables in shipping coffee to you: The coffee look and aroma, packaging (coffee bag) and time it takes to leave the roaster and arrive at your doorstep. These are all expected variables when shipping a fresh and perishable product. Which is why, in our experience, it's rare to need a replacement. That being said, there are a few circumstances that warrant one. If one of the following occur we are more than happy to work with you and replace your coffee.
- Coffee is way off roast date.
- An extreme shipping delay/USPS error
Didn't like a coffee? We can send you a replacement if your curator picked a coffee that does not fall in line with your selected preferences on your coffee profile. Just cover the $5 shipping fee and we will ship you a new coffee, on us.
Something to note: our roasters labels and categorizations for coffee don't always perfectly match ours. You might see 'Dark Roast' on the bag, but we deem it medium. This occurs since we are looking at the scope of all our (more than 500) coffee options, not just the selections of the one roaster.
