When we pick a coffee for you, you’ll receive an update from us. In most cases, you’ll then have four days to review and make any changes to your order.
Exceptions to that four-day window are:
1) When you become a new subscriber, we want to get coffee to you ASAP
2) If you change your next coffee delivery date to be sooner than your typical frequency
3) When you change the first coffee of your brew queue (depending on the roaster’s location)
4) If we encounter any payment issues with your subscription.
5.) When a coffee is replaced by you or the roaster (if a coffee sells out)
6.) When you use the "Get Coffee Now" feature we ship you a coffee ASAP
